  • If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I went in to purchase her a suv and trade in her car. We were there for hours. We told her we did not want to do a bunch a paperwork, we wanted to test drive and that was it. She then started to hand write EVERYTHING! And then how the hell does a $29,000 car become a $54,000 car before warranties and packages? Then we waited and got annoyed, one the lady was rude and cold. I noted the weird bird they have and the lady goes well did you talk to it? What? Why the hell would I talk to the bird? Is the bird gonna give me a good deal? The dealership was a cross between a morgue and museum. We wanted to know the final number with packages and they wouldn't give it to us and then we asked about the maintenance packages and they would not give us prices. Would not even look into it. And then we told them to call us when we got numbers because we didn't want to sit in the musty place anymore and they go well come back after you eat it will only take a few minutes, we said no and to call us. We then went and ate and proceeded to Findlay Honda ( down the street ) which gave us an amazing deal in less than an hour. If anyone is looking for good deals go to Findlay Honda and see Chris!
