The people who run this facility have no idea of what they are doing. I could have died from the way they approached a huge gash in my arm. Offered no tetanus shot, I was in shock from the type of injury I had, I did know they weren't going to touch me unless they numbed the gash up before cleaning it. Then I was told they couldn't do sutures on me. They left me exposed for a really bad infection. Also note there was no Dr. on call there either, just a PA who clearly didn't know what they were doing. They made one huge mistake after another!!
I ended up in Dignity ER on Germann and Power and they told me that I should have had sutures, gave me a tennis shot, followed up with antibiotics, some pain meds and they were shocked I was left with an open wound then told to let air get to it after a few days, which was another huge mistake!! Banner Urgent Care should be placed on notice for the gross negligence on their part, especially after I just came off chemo.
I then so my dermatologist Dr. who's a surgeon. He couldn't believe all the mistakes Banner Urgent Care did as well and said to not let the wound come in contact with air and keep it covered.
What were these people doing and what type of protocol was PA Jose following at Banner Urgent Care, because they seriously did more harm then good.
