I've always enjoyed working with Shutterfly for unique customized gifts, but this time...the time I really needed them to deliver, they let me down. I ordered a photobook as a presentation gift for a retiring employee and spoke to several Shutterfly customer service people who's service response ranged from sorry can't help you, to two promises to get the order to me on time with no issues. Well, in spite of assurances to the contrary, the book arrived the day after the event. Close, but this doesn't do me any good. The kicker is it was missed due to shipping the package at a lower priority! Even though I was promised that the shipping method would be upgraded to reach me in time, the package was still shipped using a lower priority shipping method! Thanks for the effort!
