  • My husband and I have stay here twice now. The rooms are nice - a full suite. The room colors are nice and fresh - updated. There is a full kitchen here, which is nice if you're staying more than a couple days and don't want to eat out for every meal - or just to store your beer and snacks as in our case. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part of this hotel is the pool and fire pit on the roof. The fire pit is very big with comfortable seating around it. We've stayed here once in the winter and once in the summer, and we used the fire pit both times, and the pool in the summer. The worst part of this place (other than they back ASU sports, lol) is the parking. It's in a community garage and very hard to find. It's also confusing the first time because it says public parking and you take a ticket and it says there is a fee to park. There was not really a fee for us, but the whole thing is strange. The hotel is walking distance from Mill Ave restaurants, bars and clubs. And in the morning, walk to Snooze AM for breakfast/brunch.
