  • I was very skeptical about this store and the quality of their furniture. Needless to say, my fears proved to be true after 6 months. The cushions tore at the seams. I contacted their customer service, and they sent me two new cushions. Within 6 months, more cushions were torn. Contacted customer service again, and they refused to send more cushions. The funny thing was that the cushions that were tearing at the seams were not on the recliner and loveseat that we use daily -- they were on the furniture that is only used when we have guests! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! They do not stand behind their product, and you're left out in the cold if an issue arises with your purchase. Shady characters work here -- beware!
