  • Came in due to a wobble my car had developed yesterday. Employee came out and looked at my tires and showed me that my left rear tire had metal showing through on the inner wall. He walked me inside and passed me off to whom I assume was the manager who proceeded to tell me that replacing my 26 inch tire would be impossible and I should JUST go ahead and get a whole new set of 22 inch rims and tires. WHAT?! When I declined I was then told that they could indeed get my 26 inch tire and that it would cost $650 (for ONE not installed) and it would be here in a week. After also declining this option they offered to put the spare on which I accepted. An HOUR later (after not even touching my car) I was then informed that they actually would not be able to put my spare on due to safety reasons. At this point I was furious for having wasted almost 2 hours of my day, asked for my keys and left. I just got off the phone with C & R tire in Anthem, my TWO 26 inch tires for $380 (installed) will be here tomorrow. Wish I had gone to C & R first and saved myself from such a huge hassle!
