  • Waited for hours in 10 degree weather. Called 3 times to inquire where they were? I was told they were 5/10 minutes away each time . They finally arrived. While they were pulling my vehicle onto flatbed chains shifted and split my radiator. Things happen. But when I called the owner Robert. I was basically told they are not going to fix what they damaged.
