If you're looking for a 24 hour vet that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them with an emergency then this is the place! In need of a guilt trip that "if you had brought them in sooner we could have done X, Y and Z to save them" then what are you waiting for?! GET IN HERE!!!!!!!
My beloved rescue was originally seen by Dr. Samantha Lieberman who is amazing! I'd go back to her in a second but unfortunately I saw Dr. Heather Riedy for this emergency. She was cold. I guess she doesn't like when she's asked too many questions. Yes, I was extremely upset being left with only two stomach churning options; 1) EXTREMELY aggressive hospitalization treatments that had an unknown outcome IF she even survived them or 2) Euthanasia. I had to think of my baby so I did end her suffering. The techs were extremely cold as they explained the process of euthanasia.
Tracy was ok. I got weird vibes from her and my dog didn't like her but I think Mayra was stoned or just flat out didn't care. Her attitude and mannerisms were maddening and extremely unprofessional. After being told I could take all the time I needed, being the only client there at 2am, then being told that I needed to leave because they had another animal coming in.
They did a terrible job on the paw prints. When I say paw prints I mean I was so upset after leaving there my friend called them and asked for another set to be taken because the originals were terrible. They only did ONE paw the second time and it looked even worse.
Needless to say never visiting this office again.
