  • I have stayed at this hotel at least five times, and each time is just as good. Let me start by saying that the rooms are outstanding. The luxury of this hotel has such a gorgeous opulence with beautiful chandeliers and gorgeous flooring. It is hard not to get lost in beautiful color schemes and architecture. The room is a work of art and the bed is amazing, as is the large and spacious bathroom. Even when the hotel makes a small error here or there, they are very quick to take care of it and correct the situation. What is even more amazing is how they always try to make sure that the customer is happy. They will always offer either free brunch or something of the similar sort if they believe that they were at fault. The quality and customer service of this hotel is bar none top-of-the-line. The hotel is connected to downtown Summerlin, which is full of incredible shopping opportunities and wonderful restaurants. Overall, phenomenal and a place I will always continue going back to. The price of the hotel is incredibly affordable for the luxury and quality that you get.
