This is my go to shop for dry cleaning and alterations. The location is convenient since it's in the same parking lot as Target and Hobby Lobby. I need to visit one of those stores at least once a week. It's also the one errand I can get my husband to do since Rita's is in the same parking lot.
I think they do a nice job on the dry cleaning. Our clothing always looks nice and they've done a good job at stain removal when necessary. The woman that is at the desk most times I come in is friendly and efficient. The shop is also open on Saturdays and Sundays which makes coming here very convenient.
Since I'm short I've given up on finding pants that both fit and are the right length. Almost all of my pants, especially dress pants come here for hemming. They do a nice job on dress pants and jeans alike. The shop has a room to try on clothing right up front so it's a quick process to drop off for alterations. They complete the work in a couple of days and the price is very reasonable ($10 for basic hemming). I had a pair of pants taken in at the waist and I believe the cost was about $10 for that as well.
I've been coming here for three years regularly and have only had one item damaged during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me it was damaged when I picked up. It was a formal dress that I don't wear often so I thought it was safer in the bag until the next time I wore it. Imagine my surprise when I go to throw my dress on for a night out and found that one piece of the neckline was safety pinned and a second piece was completely missing. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if they had told me at pick up and maybe refunded the cleaning fee since without the missing piece I can't repair the dress. Other than this one item everything has been great.
