| - Yum!! I came in here today craving polvoron and I got what I wanted! Upon arrival I was greeted and was helped with - not knowing what to get. I got the ube flan, and green tea and ube polvoron. I was lucky to even try a creme de fruita cake slice! The polvoron was made to order, so it takes 15 mins to make, and then when you go home, you let it sit in the fridge or freezer a couple hours to harden. My older sister got to experience Philippines, and says it tastes like what she remembered from Philippines. It's not like what you get from the Filipino store ( dry or powdery - but more moist like ). The ube flan was different, but in a good way, thick consistency. The creme de fruita reminds me of my childhood, family parties - but it's not so sweet, and doesn't have that weird gelatin top, but more their version. This place is cute, and even offers some Filipino food! I was eyeing their fresh rolled cheese bread, but that's for another time. They also offer drinks such as Thai tea, milk tea, smoothies, etc. I also want to try their empanadas, donuts, the list goes on. I have to say everything I tasted was great, and they offer other polvoron flavors, such as mango, coconut, etc. We will be back!
