  • Ordered $600 worth of tile. They said it would be in in 3 business days. They didn't call us on the third day so we called them. Told to call back later. We called back later twice without any indication of when their deliveries were coming in. They were rude and unhelpful throughout the whole process. I guess they don't care about repeat business once they have your money. After all I this which delayed our whole renovation project we asked for a refund. We went to Home Depot and bought tile that day an installed it. They wouldn't give me a refund via credit card over the phone because they were either too stupid or to lazy to do so. so I had to go back to their location and chase them to get my money back. Wasting more of my time which I was unable to bill out for after delaying my job and almost costing me the client. I'm a local contractor who does a lot of tile work and I can't go back to them because it's unfeasible to do business with them and keep my clients happy at the same time.
