Final update: My wheels were fixed by Chapman and I have to say I'm impressed with the results. Heidi with the Quick Lane service department was awesome and extremely helpful. There were some issues with my fuel system and spark plugs that arose during maintenance that they took care of as well; which was very nice of them. I am very happy with the customer service and care taken to fix my car.
I just wanted to post an update: I just got off the phone with Heidi, and they are being very helpful. I'm certain it was a one-off based on my previous experiences. I'll leave my original comment but keep in mind I was a bit frustrated when I wrote it.
Original post:
I've done all of my car's services at Chapman ford, and it was always fine up until my last experience. I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation about a month ago with the quick lane folks, and after an hour and a half I was on my way. I just noticed now that the wheels on my passenger side are totally wrecked from it! The area around two of the lug nuts on the front and back wheels are messed up. The lug nuts on all of the wheels have damage now too. I am trying to resolve the issue with them now and will report back, but, if a service department can't manage to screw on a nut without damaging my car, I don't know what I'd trust them with.
