  • I'm only giving two stars because I like my doctor josh.... everyone else has been terrible.. I saw one lady to fill out my fmla and she was asking me what to put! That's her job to know how to fill out the paperwork... she also forgot to put a end date so it got denied once I informed her of the mistake she only gave me fmla for 3 months for a issue that's life long! Meaning I will have to do this process again soon! I had an appt today for 1:45 and got in at about 1:15, they didn't bring me into the room until 2:30pm and then the doctor never showed up so I walked out at 3:20! Absolutely ridiculous that if I'm late they want to charge me a cancellation fee but I get nothing if they are hours late! Shame on this place!
