I went to the store to purchase a printer, computer desk & office chair, have them delivered and assembled at my home. The purchasing process was long and painful - 3 home visits from the Office Max personnel on 3 different days - dropping off furniture; asseumbling furniture, & setting up printer. I cancelled the order while in the store. The charges for delivery & assembly were immediately reversed. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting on a reverse charge for the $650 cost of the desk, chair & printer. 3 totally different stories from the back-office personnel regarding the credit. Different stories regarding checks or credits depending on whether a debit or credit card was used; 2 different stories regarding reimbursement timeframes. I definitely won't be returning to Office Max again!
