Avoid falling for the personal training contract at all costs. 2 of my trainers left after I got to know them and enjoyed working with them. Both left because of poor management and then you have to start from scratch with someone new. If you are serious about getting personal training, do so elsewhere. I ended up paying half of what I had left (about 2.5 months which equated to over $200) to get out of the stupid year-long contract. If you plan on canceling early or get trapped, good luck with the fee. In regards to the facilities, the front desk people are hit and miss. Once in awhile you'd get someone friendly, other times a ghost could've been working and you wouldn't know the difference. Facilities aren't well maintained, everything has a dirty feel. Only saving grace is some of the group classes. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to get a Lifetime membership.
