  • Came here for monster jam 2018 world finals and they gave my seats away to someone else and when those people in our seats refused to move they tried to get us to sit in worse seats in the very back. The men sitting in our seats even admitted they were in the wrong seats but didn't want to move. I was insulted by security who kept telling me not to worry about it and just sit way in the back in seats and a ticket office temp worker who refused to even give me her name. What was supposed to be a fun night out with my husband turned into a humiliating nightmare. I missed 3/4 of the show and they did not even bother to refund our tickets even though it was their security who screwed everything up. Avoid all events here and instead go somewhere else where they won't literally give your seats away even after you show security your paid for seats then treat you like trash all night.
