  • My regular colourist is working part time so I have been going to Natasha but unfortunately she bailed on my appointment. I was told I was getting a colourist but from her technique of separating and applying colour she wasn't very good. I went in with light brown hair, I came out with one dimensional black hair. I almost cried and put up a stink but there was no way I wanted her to try and fix it. I went home and washed it 10 times to try and fade it out. I am sad to say I am going to have to look for a new place since Gwen my normal colourist is booked 6 weeks out Pissed off I was deceived and paid for crappy work. To be fair my next colour to correct hair was free.
