The elevators were a bit hard to navigate but it was worth it. Spectacular views. We came for a work lunch and sat at a corner table. The ambiance was fun and the staff was very good. Steak Tartare was high quality and the pasta Carbonara had a slight twist without straying too far. It was thankfully not over salted. Pudding Chomeur was the rich decadence it should be. And a decent espresso topped it off.
