  • We had a great experience from the first time we walked in to tour the Communtiy. I did very detailed shopping of over 15 communities and this was always at the top of my list. We had only looked at the model originally and thought the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't be big enough as we have a chef in the home and the closet space would be small. So we decided to go with the bigger floor plan that had extra storage, now closets, and a bigger kitchen and skip the garage. Only two communities out of all the communities we toured had a 24 hour pool and spa and we love that. The game room, spa room, and theater was a big perk also.
