If I could give a negative rating I would. First when you check in make sure you list all damages to the room from A to Z or you will find yourself with a bill for damages after check out. We arrived at this hotel on a Thursday night and stayed to a Monday. We noticed a hole on Thursday night but didn't say anything bc why would you hotels sometimes have holes or marks on the walls. The lady said our management checks the rooms daily and our maids make reports everyday. If you do then why wouldn't you have changed the shower curtainout, fixed a electrical outlet or replace a USB connector that's broken. The GM and front end management is unhelpful, rude, and aggressive. They put the blame on their guest for their employees short comings. NOW YOU KNOW DONT STAY HERE OR YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A WHOLE DOCUMENTATION OF A ROOM YOU STAY IN.
