Made an appointment with Dr Capobianco only to come in and be told that a physician assistant will see us instead, and that the good Dr only owns the practice but never actually here! What a scam - my insurance pays for the doctor's visit and I want someone with advertised experience and not a paltry replacement. Not once during a twenty minute conversation on the phone the receptionist bothered to mention that.
Early in the morning, place is deserted but surprisingly untidy for a doctor's office. Lobby floors are littered with broken staples and shreds of paper. The physician assistant never even introduced himself and was focused on the computer instead of a patient.
I think everyone will agree that the health care is getting scammier and shadier, and this office is a bright example of that. I can't wait to get insurance summary of a "doctor's visit".
