  • Please don't be like me, I read all of the negative reviews and believed them. These reviews must be from some super high maintenance (like the woman arguing with the front desk before we left that she wanted her money back because it rained...) Katie Locke was our concierge and she went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. This place has it all, pools, games, restaurants, bars and super friendly staff (again, not sure what the reviewers who say they ran into people that weren't helpful were talking about) We are timeshare owners--and yes, there is an option to hear their information, options and upgrades--but it is not required. We chose to attend because of the gift (which they give you beforehand--no funny business) There was nothing high pressure about it and we learned a lot more about ow to use our property. Katie was able to get us both the room location we wanted AND an earlier check-in. SInce it was my husbands birthday, she also had champagne sent to our room. We had a great time, we would love to go back again!
