11 teller windows and one teller open with over a dozen people in line and ten minutes on average with each customer!?! Absolutely ludicrous. I waited for 20 minutes to ask one question and no one helped me, so I got in line...big mistake! Another 20 minutes and I still haven't had a single person walk by to ask my question and I'm 4th in line. Average of ten minutes per customer means I will be waiting another 30 minutes before it's my turn, just to ask a question. And by the way...why does it take 2 people to shadow over one teller? You've got people literally just standing around. Supervisors you might say, they need to be doing more than just overseeing people by standing there. Supervisors need to open up another teller. This is a reoccurring thing with this bank. If you come here, clear your schedule. It's like the damn DMV in here.
