  • Kevin and his team go above and beyond to help the customer. He will actually come to my house and service my Wi-Fi and multiple computers. Computer Doc also has a brick and mortar building on Old Monroe and a wonderful staff to fix lap tops and towers. They always tell me a few days but the service is usually quicker than that. I have been a customer for over 5 years and run a business out of my home that relies on prompt on-line sales. Kevin and his team answer my calls quickly and help solve my computer problems fast. Bottom line: recommend them!
