Went here with my boyfriend tonight. Not impressed at all. Within 2 hours my shellac was chipping. The woman did not use any alcohol on my nails before application (which is vital for dehydrating the nail and making the shellac last the two weeks its supposed to). I pointed it out to her and she was very dismissive. Also I was told I would have to pay an additional $5 onto of the $35 if I wanted her to clean up my cuticles/skin around my nails... What?
There was nothing special about this place and I find it incredibly rude, obnoxious and unprofessional when employees chit chat and giggle in a foreign language during the entire time. My boyfriend left right after his pedi and when I came home we discussed our experience, he said he felt like they treated us like a burden. Really bad attitude, lousy service and not for us. I do need to say the technician who did my mani shaped my nails okay and my hand is currently injured, she was gentle and did a sufficient job at making sure not to do anything to further hurt my hand.
