All Show & No Go! This place has all the hallmarks of a great Sushi restaurant: An army of chefs, an extensive (and expensive) menu, reservations needed for a table, people waiting 20 minutes for a seat at the bar. But the fish itself is actually very mediocre! I ordered the sushi assortment for $21 and most of the pieces were flavorless. I've actually had supermarket sushi at Fry's that tasted better than this!!! My experience eating the finest sushi in New York City and the upscale suburbs of NJ has been that the fish explodes with flavor on your tongue and practically melts in your mouth. Not here. This place is way overpriced for what it is and it left me quite angry
