  • This is the worst experience with a company that I have had to date. I ordered flowers from this company to be delivered to my wife just because I wanted her day to be special. I spent over 96 dollars on a flower arrangement. When she received them they were not as described. They used red gel crystals and not purple as is stated the flowers were the size of the medium size and I paid for the XL size. I called customer service and spoke with Alvin who assured me they would redeliver the flowers and make this right. I get a call today saying unless my wife brings the flowers back to work they would not return them. I told them that their rep told me she didnt have to be inconvenienced by bring back flowers to work that she had to take home and they would just deliver new ones. I get a call today and told that is not so. This company is a scam and does not value their customers. STAY FAR AWAY AND ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLORIST.
