  • This is not the place to go if you are a female and know nothing about cars. They stated that my daughter needed a transmission flush and radiator flush. One week later, she had same issue and check the transmission fluid and it was as black as it could be. I filed a complaint with the corporate office who in turn had the manage of the location call my daughter. She tried to explain what happened and all he said was they flushed the transmission and the color does mean it was not done. It was exactly 7 days from the time they said they did it. I called the manager and he tried to bullshit me but I knew better. Got him to refund all costs for that day. This shop is always trying to upset work that does not need to be done. Stay away from them. Ann road and Craig road are better and friendlier.
