I tried this place using Class Pass and found it to be ok but just not quite my style.
LIKES:
-The teacher is friendly and great. She helps correct your form in class
-The studio is nice and clean instead
-They have nice fitness equipment
-The music is pretty good.
GRIPES:
- Not a very vigorous workout. Very low impact exercises.
-Seemed to be repetitive. Everyone in the class (except for me) seemed to know the routine and the exercises like the back of their hand.
Overall, I'm glad I tried it. I'm just not sure if I plan to go back.
