I had a shoulder injury and tried a PT place close by for months. Waste of time and money. Gave you a set of exercises and left you on your own to complete them. Little personal one-on-one time, even though they were all very nice. Super expensive. After noticing worsening of my condition and the PT team ignoring my concerns, I decided to dump the doctor and the associated PT. Ended up having a rotator cuff repair with another surgeon. Afterwards, I decided to try Fyzical as my PT given the proximity to work/home after my surgery. I could not have been more happy with the results. One-on-one personal sessions. The therapists end up knowing exactly how your body and mind function. They noticed that the progress was not optimal and suggested I speak to the surgeon. Ended up with a second surgery. Sandy and her amazing team were there to support my recovery the very next day. The sisters running the business are amazing and really cool. They actually care and are there to guide you step-by-step at every session. My recovery went really well (about 7 months) and have to admit that after "graduating" I still miss them all.
