The appointments I have had with this office and the one on Southern have been top notch. I gave them only three stars, because dealing with their billing departments has been an absolute nightmare. So far I have been transferred 3 times, put on hold 3 times, and on the phone for a 40 minutes with no resolution. I guess they don't want to get paid. It appears that each office does its own billing, hence I overpaid one account and underpaid the other. WTH?
