I really wanted to leave a great review since everyone was so nice. Unfortunately, the work for me was not up to par. I walked in and was greeted immediately at the front desk and waited only a few short minutes to start my pedicure. I was offered the menu of optics from which I chose the $40 deluxe pedi. She did a fine job except for cutting my heel with the blade and telling me the burning sensation was a crack in my heel-my heel was not cracked when I got there. It's has been difficult to walk on for the last few days because every time I step down the cut reopens. Cut aside the pedi experience was enjoyable, they have great massage chairs and as I said, everyone was very nice. I had an uneventful mani, very basic. Unfortunately both polishes now look dull after just 3 days. I saw the topcoat put on so I don't know why but the finish looks hazy and flat. Also, when I went to pay I was charged $40 for the pedicure and $15 for the manicure even though they have listed in their brochure a deluxe pedi/mini combo just $50. Seemed odd that I had to tell them the price.
I'll probably try this place again on the chance it was just an off day for them but I should also say that my companion's white nails turned yellow and had to be repainted, and now have the same dull cast as mine. Disappointed.
