  • I recently moving into San Clemente Apartments and within the few days I been here they started doing maintenance work around the property and left notice when the office was closed and told to park in the shaded areas but they were not clear so they towed me car to the end of the property and charged me $45 for the tow just because they didn't explain and I haven't even settled in yet. unsatisfied
