  • I have had this company servicing my home for the last three years. This morning the tech came out to spray our property but instead just left the bill in the door. Since I am normally not home this isn't something that I have witnessed before. Technician got out of his truck, walked the front yard, stuck the bill in the door and left. This company's technicians, specifically James Kelton is a thief. The company charges me $85 every other month for maintenance, but obviously they don't actually perform the service. Although Kim called and offered to have another technician come out and truly wanted to resolve the situation, I can not do business with a company who steals even once from it's customer. Thank you Kim for trying to represent your company in a favorable light but be clear James is the one who put us in this position by not doing his job.
