| - While I love massages, unless I get them on a consistent basis they are almost pointless for me. I stopped in at Eden because I received a gift card and after waiting two months, I finally went in. For the most part, I enjoyed my time there.
The waiting room was very calm and quiet, very 'eden'. While I was waiting, my masseuse came out and introduced herself and said it would be a few minutes because her last client was taking a bit - anything under a 7 minute (yes, I am apparently very specific with my wait times) wait is fine with me...it was less than 7.
So getting into the room my masseuse was extremely thorough when asking what I preferred, the pressure, what body parts were most important to target and basically anything she needed to know, she asked so she could make it 'the best experience for both of us,' I liked this. She was very intent on open communication so that it would be a great massage - and it was.
I ended up very pleased with my massage and my time spent with my masseuse. I feel as though I would only go back to see her, as she made the entire experience for me. If you're in a crunch and they are the only place to go, I would encourage you to at least try it out.
