  • Mario was very helpful and competent. I tried to buy a phone as a gift, and called/visited multiple tmobile stores in the valley, and was completely disappointed with the level of apathy i received trying to buy a phone. Mario was excellent, got us done quickly, and even apologized because he said it took longer than normal. Well, we were very happy to get someone who knew his job well and cared about the customer experience. A note to 2bWireless: please find an hire better people. 70% of those I talked to in your employ were a disaster, (I called/visited 10 stores over 2 days) 10% I suspect were deliberately dishonest, and 15% were adequate. Mario was great, probably in the top 1% of your employees. Give him a raise so you can keep him!
