  • Go to Lake Norman! I came here to purchase a vehicle back in 2013 and after telling them what I wanted to pay, they changed it at the last minute. I told them I wanted to pay X/per month and they said "ok", gave me the keys, had me start paperwork, and then let me sit there for another 3 hours before coming back and telling me that the price would be almost $100/mo more. I called Lake Norman Hyundai as soon as I left and they got me a better price and I was out in two hours. I've since gotten 2 other cars from them and so have my parents(who also have horror stories about Keffer). Stay away!
