  • The manager Louis (not sure on spelling) IS AMAZING! I came in needing to test my battery and he helped me right away. Upon first walking in, I was greeted and since there was only one person at the register, she said she'll be with us as soon as possible. So I walked around the store a little, looking at batteries and ac coolants and that's when Louis walked up front and asked if I've been helped. I replied that I'm waiting for someone to take a look at my car battery and he was more than happy to assist. After inspection, it came back as a bad battery so back in the store we headed to look for the right replacement. He explained all the different ones they had and which would be best for my car then we went ahead with the purchase and he even installed it for me! Such professionalism and great customer service! He turned a bad day around and I appreciate it so much! Thank you Louis for being so kind and helpful! Facility is also clean and well maintained.
