  • I purchased their $150 annual tune-up plan because they said it gives you 2 tune ups per year and 10% off any repairs, however, if they come out and your AC is not working that counts as a tune up! Every other company will give you a free estimate on repairs! Also, these guys are VERY expensive! Was quoted close to $200 to change a fuse! Replacing my AC was quoted by these at almost $1000 more for a much crappier unit than some independent companies quoted me. This INCLUDES the discounts from being a yearly maintenance member! The one bright spot is that 2 of the 3 repairmen that I dealt with were very nice. Never get the yearly maintenance plan, it's a horrible rip off. I also recommend going elsewhere for all other services if you want to pay a fair price. I highly recommend finding a mom & pop shop to take care of you. So much better.
