  • We've been super excited for this place to open up as we were big fans of the original Elements that was at this location. The Mr. and I decided to check it out on a Friday. We seated ourselves at the bar where we ran into some old friends. We're not beer drinkers (I know blasphemy) so I had a Powderfinger and he had an After the Gold Rush. Both were very good, but nothing that knocked my socks next we ordered the chicken skins and the poutine with porkbelly. Both dishes were amazing! The chicken skins were the best I've had and the pork belly was perfect. The only bummer is that the Mr wanted a Sailor Jerry and Diet Coke for a second round. The bar only carries a white and a dark, but no spiced rum. J isn't picky so he settled for just a white rum. All in all it seems like this will be a great neighborhood place that I look forward to visiting again. I know it's a beer focused place, but it'd be nice to see a more fleshed out cocktail menu, maybe some mead (please!), and a larger selection of alcohol in general.
