  • This is truly a treasure. The real deal. Delicious apples in the fall, and as I found out today, strawberries in the spring! -Pick your own, or freshly picked. YUM!!! The bakery makes donuts in-house and every day, the pies are scrumptious, the Amish preserves and pickles are also a local deliciousness. I love the jars of pickled garlic -both types, hot and regular. Sooooo gooooood. They have a small restaurant that opens in June (for strawberry season) through the fall that serves solid cheeseburgers and a pretty decent hot-dog too. The walk through the orchard/defunct golf course is a romantic and peaceful way to spend a few hours with nature. I love this place... the quietness of it is an oasis of serenity.
