  • When it was time to put down my 18 year old Sheltie I called the Vet I had been using. They didn't have time to see her that week. I was frantic (and very angry) because she was in pain and couldn't do her business and wouldn't eat or even get up. I was calling around and got ahold of Catalina. They told me to come in and they would see her. When we got there they took us right in and were so kind to me and my dog. They let me stay with her afterwards until I had stopped crying and had said goodbye. I have taken my new dog there since I got him and will always take my pets there! Btw - They don't try to upsell you and they take walk in appointments
