Only rating 1 to leave rating wish a negative number. For all the good this review will do I just wanted to be noted somewhere.
1. Outgoing mailbox slot at NBU on my block was open for AT LEAST TWO WEEKS AFTER I informed the carrier. Guess they didn't notice when they delivered the mail.
2. Carriers DO NOT put packages that are small enough for NBU in NBU package boxes. They leave them on door step which would be great but. I DONT USE MY FRONT DOOR I Come in/out thru my garage!!!
3. On 10/28 at approx 730PM My doorbell rang. When I got to the door there was an OPEN package there. My NAME/ADDRESS were clearly correct on the package. As it was open & half way out of packaging w no invoice I was unable to tell if anything was missing.
4. When I called the PO 10/30 they told me it was delivered to NBU on 10/26.
5. My husband was expecting a package when he tracked it 11/2 it showed delivered to NBU 10/18. ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED TO DATE
6. Was given direct number 11/2 & called from appox 330pm to 400pm w NO ANSWER.
7. Called again 1000AM phone was picked up n rung back up w/out anyone speaking.
8. At approx 11am phone was picked up and I was placed "onhold". TWO HOURS LATER I AM STILL ON HOLD.
I am driving to PO WHILE REMAINING ON HOLD TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE!
