  • This is by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to waited in the lobby for 3.5 hours with only 5 patients ahead of us then after finally getting back to the exam room had to sit around for another hour all for them to say "yep" your son has pink eye. And to top it all off they didn't explain anything or even give me directions for the eye drops he needs. Luckily it's just pink eye and the medication is pretty self explanatory but I will never ever go back to this urgent care it would have been quicker to drive the 20 minutes to the nearest hospital and gone through the waiting time there. Worst experience ever!
