  • HORRIBLE! Messy and seemed like no one was working. I went in to see my normal stylist Kaitlyn because I had been out of state doing some family stuff and came in to hear that she was fired and they continued and said it was for messing up too many people which I KNOW is not true. I am appalled they would one, state that she was fired, and two claim that she was fired for being bad at her job when she was the only competent person working there since it opened. Very disappointed. Really wish I could find her again because I was lucky enough to find her after the first time a Smart style screwed her over.
