  • I had my bachelorette party in Las Vegas on June 3rd and had been coordinating a party bus express plan with Dylan for weeks beforehand. I had a party of 12 women and we all pre-paid for the service. It was supposed to include entrance to a lounge and two clubs along with a party bus ride with no more than 23-35 people. The problems started when at around 7pm on the night of my bachelorette weekend I got a text message telling me the pick up would be at 9pm. I have emails back and forth with Dylan where I explained in detail that we had a dinner reservation at 8:30 and the pick up needed to at 10pm. That was agreed to in writing weeks before. Suddenly the day of my bachelorette I'm being told that I either need to change my dinner reservation for 12 people at the last minute (impossible) or we would be missing out on the first lounge location. I spoke with Sean on the phone and his only answer to me was "it's like a sports bar anyway. You girls wouldn't want to go there anyway". So your answer to not proving the service we paid for is that you bait and switched us by taking us to a sports bar instead of the ultra lounge listed on the website? The problems continued from there. We were at the first club for less than 15 minutes before they were corralling us onto the sidewalk to wait for a party bus that didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. Then we get on a bus with no less than 50 people (I counted). We were literally sitting on each other's laps. Next they promised alcohol and mixers for the bus ride. Well they had a blue cooler with bud light and wine coolers. Not exactly the fabulous experience that was advertised. Lastly when we got to the second club we still had to wait in line for quite a while before getting in. They just kept telling us "don't worry, it's gonna be fun" but did absolutely nothing to correct the mistakes and false advertising. Essentially 12 women paid 70 dollars each for a crowded bus ride. You're much better off renting your own limo and creating your own experience. There was nothing fun about this service and if it wasn't for my friends being great and putting it all behind us, VIP Vegas could very well could have ruined my bachelorette party. Don't let them ruin yours. I would give zero stars if I could.
