We live within walking distance of this park and go there with our 2 year old. It's got a really nice play ground but is definitely geared to older kids. There's lots of places to fall off and so I spend the entire time with my hands in the air, ready to catch my daughter mid flight. There's a small field where we often see kids soccer classes going on. On the downside, on a few afternoons there's been a group of annoying but harmless preteens hanging out, slinging cuss words at each other to seem cool.
I don't think there's a parking lot, but across the street (there's a crosswalk) is a small shopping strip where I'm sure people park. There's Also a Capriotti's sandwich shop, a pizza place and a coffee shop (that also has a drive through and food) for a snack after play.
