I do realize that ii did not have an appointment BUT i was told that first come first serve appointment at 6 would be available EXCEPT when I arrived I was told well we can not accommodate you since we had to move an appointment , so if you walk in don't expect to be helped, too bad first impression will be my last . They just needed to say sorry we can not accommodate you today can we help you with an appointment later????? Maybe next time when I am not in my volunteer clothes ( delivery for meals on wheels) and I have my "nice " outfit on I will feel more like I am welcome. I wasn't afraid to leave a big tip for some customer service.
