rev:text	I moved from NY to Vegas and got Cox phone, internet and cable. Can't figure out why I'm paying for service to Mexico for telephone when I don't know anyone in Mexico. When I asked cox, the explanation was everyone pays for it. In addition I thought NY was high priced with cablevision however cox is about the same with less tv channels and HDTV channels. The cable moves at the same speed as NY even though cox said I was getting enhanced cable.
